Although I highly doubt that people actually religiously read my blog, I wanted to say that I'm sorry that I will not post before I leave for my 10 day vacation in China. I will be celebrating Chinese New Year in CHINA! I'm so excited. I leave in a few hours and my great plans on informing people about my mini-adventures (This blog was supposed to be about food, language, comfort and goals) and include a range of pictures from disgusting to BIG lobsters. Sorry, I guess I'll have to double-post a blog when I get back. Here's a quick list of what I've been up to. No, that would ruin the next blog. But I'll leave you with minimal quotes from the trip.
